Why Join Stampin’ Up!?

Stampin’ Up! is a company whose mission closely aligns with my own values.

Statement of Heart:

“To love what we do and share what we love, as we help others enjoy creativity and worthwhile accomplishments . . . in this we make a difference.”

It is evident that Stampin’ Up! not only believes this, they act on it in everything they do. It is a core principle for everyone from the CEO who honors milestone achievers not only with a trip to headquarters but by spending spending personal time crafting with them, all the way down to local demonstrators who invite people to their homes to create together.

Charitable Ventures

Stampin’ Up! is incredibly charitable. Each year Stampin’ Up! develops a special stamp set specifically to raise money for the Ronald McDonald House. At Christmas they donate millions of dollars worth of art supplies to children. In times of great need, Stampin’ Up! also donates to charities that aid in relief efforts. They have been known to create special stamps or stamp sets and donate ALL of the profits to the cause and even absorb the manufacturing costs.

 Quality Products and Services

Stampin’ Up! products are a little more expensive than what you might find at your local craft store, but the quality is top notch and they stand behind their products if something goes wrong.  Much of the additional cost goes straight back to rewards for customers and payment to demonstrators so they can continue to provide services.

Join at your level

One of the most amazing parts of being a demonstrator for Stampin’ Up! is that you can participate at whatever level you want. You get out of it what you put into it, at whatever level is right for you! Some people just want to get the starter kit deal, some people want a discount on the stamping supplies they purchase, and some people want to make Stampin’ Up! their job and make an income from it. All of these options are possible!

Level 1, Starter Kit:

The starter kit itself is a great deal. You get $125 worth of Stampin’ Up! products for only $99 (plus free shipping). If that’s all you want, that’s fine! There is no penalty to just stopping here and you don’t have to do anything special to quit.

Level 2, Hobby Demo:

Once you join, you have a 20% discount on everything you buy for yourself. As long as you meet the minimum sales requirement each quarter, you’ll keep your discount.

Level 3, Breaking Even:

When you sell to other customers, you earn 20% of what they purchase as your commission. Many demonstrators teach classes or hold occasional workshops use the proceeds as a way to finance purchasing more stamping supplies.

Level 4, Business Demo:

The more you work, the more you can earn! As your sales and leadership levels go up, so does your commission percentage: all the way up to 38%. Earn points for your own sales, for recruiting new demonstrators, and for leadership of your team. You can even earn enough points to go on a vacation each year!

Whatever level of effort you want to put in will determine how much you get out of being a demonstrator. As your life changes, your activity level as a demonstrator may change to match, and that is totally fine!

Becoming a Demonstrator: All the Details

I like to have a lot of details before I sign up for anything. I do NOT leap before I look. I was planning and getting ready to become a demonstrator months before I actually signed up and I read everything I could possibly find. Since I love details, I’ll give you as many as you could possibly want.

Please email me any questions you have or to request a time for a personal phone call! My email address is stampwitchnatalie {AT} gmail {DOT} com.

No Risk:

If you don’t want to be a demonstrator any more, it is easy to drop and there is no penalty. Just stop submitting orders! After awhile you will go into a probationary period. If you don’t bring your sales back up, eventually you will be dropped automatically. After that, you would need to wait a few months before you could rejoin as a demonstrator again.
